COLUM CAMPION

Colum is CEO of QIG, a role he’s held for 12 years.

A former Investment Banker, Colum served as Director of IBRC's London division, one of Ireland's largest international real estate banks. He specialised in real estate investment and development, leading a team providing equity, debt, and mezzanine finance. Colum oversaw the deployment of over £3 billion into residential, hospitality, office, and retail developments, working with prestigious developers including Ballymore Properties, London Green Developments, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund, Circleplane, and Pearl & Coutts.

Colum sits on the board of QIG Holdings, Q Global Network (a global online booking platform) and Magnum Ventures (a Dubai-based international investment platform).

JAIME PEDROSA

Jaime has over 20 years of development experience and is the founder of U Development, a creative development practice.

Over the past six years, Jaime has overseen the successful development and delivery of over €450 million of hospitality and mixed-use real estate across London, Edinburgh, Dublin, Munich, and Zurich, delivering more than 750 units.

As Development Manager for the Oaktree Capital-backed SACO Locke platform, Jaime led the creation and rollout of the Locke aparthotel brand, establishing new supply chains, design teams, and procurement routes across the UK and Europe. He also sits on the board of QIG Holdings
